- Please choose your preferred date below and make sure to be present on the selected schedule.
- Please note that you will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis within the selected timeslot.
- Do not make multiple reservations. If two or more reservations are made in different schedule, MWO shall confirm the earliest available schedule and cancel other reservations.
- Please put OFWs name in the appointment booking.
