Job Order / Manpower Request
WHO CAN APPLY FOR ADDITIONAL JOB ORDER/ MANPOWER REQUEST?
Foreign Placement Agencies / Principal or Employers with:
- Valid accreditation with their partner Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA)
- Utilized at least 75% – 100% of it’s initial job order/manpower request
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY?
Job Orders approved by Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) shall be valid for period of two (2) years, subject to revalidation for another two years upon the confirmation of the FPA/Principal Employer.

FOREIGN PLACEMENT AGENCY
- Job Order Request addressed to PRA (1 Original; 2 photocopies)
- Business Registration (3 Photocopies)
- License to Operate an Employment Agency (3 Photocopies)
