Starting 01 March 2026, the Migrant Workers Office in Hong Kong will implement new verification fee rates for new employment contracts. This is in pursuant to Joint Circular No. 2024-1.
Renewals and transfers of employer are NOT affected. Balik Manggagawa or Returning workers remain at the same fee (HKD 80). Adjustments apply to land-based and sea-based contracts, as well as certain related documents.
